At Inter Craft, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our premium wall art and lighting. Each piece is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Items: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Because our personalized products require dedicated craftsmanship, please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Packaging for Fragile Items

Since our products include delicate lighting and decorative art, we use multi-layered premium packaging. This includes high-density foam, bubble wrap, and reinforced corrugated boxes to minimize the risk of transit damage.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS/Email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 308 4566777 within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

6. Damages During Transit

We guarantee the safety of our products. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Report any damage to us within 24 hours at info.intercraftpk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

  • Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging for a swift replacement as per our [Return Policy].

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partner will typically attempt delivery up to two more times. If the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
